As part of the FEMA response for Hurricane Irma, we spent part of the week in Orlando at the Joint Field Office learning how to conduct Environmental and Historic Preservation review of projects requesting FEMA funding.
I brought along my professional camera for a photo shoot of our GPS and ArcGIS training taught by Chelsea (woman in the red, below). We will be using ArcGIS on our tablets for plotting damage assessments on maps.
